Rehearsal Dinner & Decor: All About the Rosses
- They truly brought our vision to life! Xiomara handled everything for our rehearsal dinner at an Airbnb. She coordinated chair and table rentals. She also decorated the entire space. The setup was stunning, and they ensured all the catered food was beautifully arranged.
- Highlight: Their red velvet cake was a show-stopper. Guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was!
- The Rosses surprised me with a beautiful hotel room setup at the Aloft Downtown Tampa. My husband secretly worked with them to create the perfect ending to our night. Walking into that room was such an emotional moment for me – it was absolutely breathtaking!

- If you’re looking for a photographer, hire Beth. From our engagement shoot to the wedding day, she made us feel comfortable and captured every moment beautifully. Beth’s package even included a one-year anniversary photo shoot, which we later used to announce our pregnancy! She was an absolute sweetheart, and my bridesmaids loved her energy just as much as I did!
Hair & Makeup: Glitz & Glam Creative
- Sam and her team were amazing! They arrived at our Airbnb at 5:00 AM ready to work their magic. After a bad trial with another vendor, I was nervous about trusting someone else, but Sam completely changed my mind.
- Tip: Always do a trial! During mine, Sam helped me decide on airbrush makeup. I was initially hesitant about it. I’m so glad I trusted her expertise. The final results were flawless, and her team made my bridal party look stunning!
Catering: Savory Roots Catering and Events
- Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food and cocktail hour! From the tasting to the wedding day, their communication was excellent, and their catering package (which included chargers!) was a great touch.
- Their pricing was better than most vendors we considered, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
Bartending: Tipsy Tampa Bartender & Events
- Pam made our bartending experience seamless. She organized everything with the alcohol and staff. She even suggested their wine and beer package. It was perfect for our crowd of enthusiastic drinkers!
- While Pam wasn’t there the day of, her team delivered excellent service and kept up with the demand all night.
- Ask for Ivan! When choosing a DJ, I wanted someone bilingual who could read the crowd and keep the energy high. Ivan nailed it.
- I only gave him a short list of songs for specific moments, and he handled the rest. He kept everyone dancing all night and even brought our hora loca to life. He’s a pro!
Photo Booth: The Gala Photobooth
- I was initially hesitant about renting a photo booth, but I’m so glad we did! It was a huge hit, and guests couldn’t stop using it all night.
- Michael was great to work with, and his team made the whole process smooth. The two attendants onsite ensured everything ran perfectly.
Florals: Northside Florist
- Kathy at Northside Florist took my vague ideas and turned them into masterpieces. My centerpieces and bouquets were even more beautiful than I imagined.
- I loved my bouquet so much that I decided to preserve it – it was just too gorgeous to let go.
Videography: Real Life Fairytales Photos + Films
- Our videographer worked seamlessly with our photographer to capture every moment without ever feeling intrusive. I especially loved their static camera option, which recorded the entire day.
Transportation: Olympus Limo Tampa Bay
- Reliable, professional, and fun! Olympus Limo made transportation for our bridal party stress-free. The party bus was a highlight for everyone, and they had no issues accommodating all our stops.
Cake: Publix Super Market at Hyde Park
- Publix saved the day! When my original plan for edible flowers fell through, they quickly came up with alternative ideas that worked perfectly. The cake was not only stunning but also delicious!
Ceremony & Reception Venues
- Ceremony: Our church provided the perfect, meaningful setting for our vows.
- Reception: The Rialto Theatre in Tampa gave us a gorgeous, unique space for the celebration.
Every one of these vendors played an important role in making our wedding perfect. If you’re planning your big day, I can’t recommend them enough!
